A Manchester man accused of taking money from aspiring authors by promising to publish their books but never fullfill the promise. Campbell-Copp is currently facing 14 separate charges. Each complaint centered on an offer to edit, print, and market books for authors.
Now Hinesburg Community Police say more than a dozen people and businesses are out of at least $170,000 through unfulfilled contracts, including Ghobadi (of Print Tech) for about $100,000.
